After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@plazaprivé.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
